Our Story

Passion for Great Cuisines

Our journey begins with noodles from the streets of Hong Kong…as we travel to the open markets of Vietnam, then head south to the exotic capital of Thailand.


Pho is a traditional Vietnamese Noodle Soup served with thin rice noodles in a beef broth; accompanied by side dishes of fresh bean sprouts, basil, jalapeno peppers and limes.  Customers are encouraged to add Hoisin, Sriracha Chili, and/or fish sauce to suit their individual palates.

Hong Kong Style Egg Noodles

Hong Kong Style Egg Noodles (tossed with ginger and scallions and served with soup on the side) are delicious in cold or hot weather.  We serve our customers fresh egg noodles daily, cooked per order, and recommend that you sip the soup during and/or after the meal to your liking.


Curry with Vermicelli or Egg Noodles is another popular dish in Southeast Asia.  We offer our customers choices of yellow, green or red curry with a choice of beef, chicken, shrimp or just vegetables.

Tom Yum

Tom Yum ~ Thai Spicy Lemongrass Soup is served with bean vermicelli, egg, or thin rice noodles along with fresh crushed peanuts.  This particular noodle soup is perfect for a spicy food lover.  You can find this succulent dish anywhere on the streets of Bangkok, Thailand.

More Noodles

More Noodles ~ we also offer a variety of noodle soups in our delicious light broth from other countries in Asia.  Ingredients may include shrimp wontons, soy chicken, roast pork, roast duck, seafood or just mixed Asian vegetables.
